Mock Interview for Software Jobs with Carleton Alumnus Austin Dahl ’88
Do you have an upcoming technical interview or hope to soon? Not sure how to prepare for it?
Austin Dahl ’88, former Director of Engineering, Analytics at Tableau Software, has done hundreds of technical interviews and many mock interviews. He is graciously offering students the chance to work with him to conduct a practice mock interview via video conference. Austin will likely be doing one behavioral question and one (or two if time allows) technical question.
For most software technical interviews, there is usually a time when the interviewee writes a sample code. Austin will go through a similar scenario during this session.
The majority of the time will be spent conducting the mock interview. Austin will take time at the end to debrief the session.
