Chérif Keïta, William H. Laird Professor of French and the Liberal Arts, gave a Zoom lecture about Sunjata Fasa (The Epic of Sundiata), for a history class at Luther College, and gave an in-person lecture about the same topic at Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts as part of their Africa Week Celebration. In September and October, Keïta gave three guest lectures for cross-cultural studies, history, and religion classes at Carleton.
